Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fashion products.
Resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions to concerns promptly.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Organize displays and restock inventory as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
Accurately record sales and customer interactions.
Share customer feedback with management to improve service and product offerings.

Requirements:

Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or fashion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to recognize and adapt to fashion trends.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems; knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
