Job Description
- We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Assistant/Cashier to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have excellent communication skills, and provide exceptional customer service.
- You will play a key role in ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and product lines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
- Previous experience in retail or as a cashier is an advantage.
- A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 / month.
