Job Description
- As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends to provide actionable insights that drive sales performance and strategy.
- You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and optimize sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations to sales and marketing teams based on data analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer preferences.
- Utilize data analytics tools and software to extract, manipulate, and visualize data.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and any other relevant tools or software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
