Job Title: Sales Agent / Merchandiser (Supermarket)

Responsibilities
- Engage customers and promote products in the supermarket.
- Assist customers in locating items and provide information on product features.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Provide timely feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any field.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
