Job Summary

  • As an Agent for Paycare Limited, you will be responsible for promoting our business and personal account services to potential clients, with the goal of acquiring new accounts and earning commissions.
  • Your success will be driven by your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to promote Paycare's business and personal account services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Paycare's account services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by acquiring a minimum number of new business and personal accounts.
  • Ensure that clients receive timely and effective support to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of Paycare's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the financial services industry or a related field not compulsory
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial management
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets
