Fatgbems Petroleum Company Limited is a member of Fatgbems Group, incorporated as an independent petroleum marketing company under the late founder, Alhaji Fatai Gbemisola in November 1994. The company started the Retail Station services operation with a fuel service Station in Ejigbo, Lagos in 2006. The multi-million petroleum marketing business expanded rapidly with the establishment of several other service Stations in other parts of South-Western States. We own and operate a very big tank farm that can store millions of refined Petroleum Products.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Retail Sales Officer - Tyre Business
Locations: Lagos & Ogun

Job Summary
- We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officers to join our expanding Tyre business team.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our range of high-quality tyres to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable tyre products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of Tyres to attract customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain satisfaction. Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or tyre industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Requirements
- OND with 2 - 5 years experience.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
