Job Brief:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officers to join our expanding Tyre business team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our range of high-quality tyres to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable tyre products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of Tyres to attract customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or tyre industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
