About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can manage all aspects of the club’s operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable nightlife experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the club’s operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory, and venue maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Event Planning: Collaborate with promoters, DJs, and performers to plan and execute events that align with Vybe’s brand and attract a diverse clientele.
• Sales and Marketing: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies to drive foot traffic, increase revenue, and maintain the club’s reputation.
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the club adheres to all local laws and regulations, including licensing, security, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Club Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of nightlife operations and trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
• Proficiency in event planning and marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
