About the job

  • We are seeking for an extremely hard-working Restaurant Manager with sales experience and exceptional management of restaurant and lounge businesses.
  • He/She will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, while leveraging on his sales expertise to drive revenue and build lasting relationships to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests and inspire a team of staff members to maintain high standards of service, and drive profitability while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and innovate sales strategies and promotional campaign to attract new customers.
  • Train and mentor staff members to create a cohesive and efficient team. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing guest concerns, and implementing feedback to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Drive revenue growth through effective marketing strategies, menu optimization, and cost control measures.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the availability of quality ingredients and materials.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze operational performance metrics and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, special events, and community outreach initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant, whether related to staff, guests, or operations, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 8-10yrs of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
