Restaurant Manager


Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, enhancing the overall guest experience, and driving business performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership abilities, and strong business acumen to lead a dynamic team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional dining experiences by overseeing service quality and promptly addressing customer concerns. Gather and implement customer feedback to continuously improve service.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to achieve business objectives.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships to optimize purchasing and minimize waste. Implement inventory control practices to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Must be residing within Ajah.
