Job Description
Location: Lagos, Abuja, Porth Harcourt, Uyo, & Asaba
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Ensure to identify and acquire new customers through various marketing channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service that will drive customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty
- Product Promotion: Promote all HillPost products and services including saving accounts, loans, and other financial services.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities & challenges, and provide feedback to State Manager.
- Sales Target: Meet monthly sales targets, as set by team lead.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant Microfinance banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to State Manager including sales reports, customer feedback and market research finding.
Experience:
Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years work experience in financial institutions with knowledge of the following
- POS deployment
- Merchant and Agent Management
- Debit card and POS terminal management
- Must be vast in Loan offerings
- Savings account
Qualifications
BSc in any discipline from a reputable University with a minimum of Second class lower (2.2) degree.
