Job Description

HIillpost Microfinance Bank is fully licensed as a Mobile Money Operator by CBN, and insured by NDIC. We manage customers' funds in compliance with all application regulations. This means that our users and businesses are protected.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Officer (DSE)

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Uyo - Akwa Ibom, & Asaba - Delta
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Ensure to identify and acquire new customers through various marketing channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service that will drive customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty
  • Product Promotion: Promote all HillPost products and services including saving accounts, loans, and other financial services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities & challenges, and provide feedback to State Manager. 
  • Sales Target: Meet monthly sales targets, as set by team lead.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant Microfinance banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to State Manager including sales reports, customer feedback and market research finding.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in any discipline from a reputable University with a minimum of Second class lower (2.2) degree.

Experience:
Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years work experience in financial institutions with knowledge of the following 

  • POS deployment
  • Merchant and Agent Management
  • Debit card and POS terminal management
  • Must be vast in Loan offerings
  • Savings account.

The preferred candidate should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to operate and work with a smart phone
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
