Job Summary:
- We seek a Project Management Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a complex regional project. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring all activities are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate the activities of the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, stakeholders, and clients.
- Facilitate regular reporting and communication with internal and external parties. Travel to selected West African countries to supervise and support on-site activities.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in the financial or digital identity sectors.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French skills are an advantage.
