Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a professional and polite manner.
- Review the daily arrival list to ensure proper preparation for guest check-ins.
- Allocate rooms to guests based on availability and occupancy prior to their arrival.
- Provide a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience for all guests.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries and requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficient in using office software and reservation systems.
- Knowledge of payment methods and credit card verification processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of guests efficiently.
