Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and reception area
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the relevant personnel
- Greet clients and visitors, and provide them with a positive and professional experience
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset
- 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a related role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
