Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update office records, schedules, and appointments.
- Coordinate front desk operations, ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND in Secretarial Studies.
- 2 years experience as a Receptionist.
- Computer literacy is an advantage (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
