Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update office records, schedules, and appointments.
  • Coordinate front desk operations, ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum OND in Secretarial Studies.
  • 2 years experience as a Receptionist.
  • Computer literacy is an advantage (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
