Job Description

  • We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant for our client in the Real Estate Investment Industries who will be responsible for managing the entire sale process from prospecting new clients to closing deals and providing after sales services.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and advertising campaigns.
  • Actively reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote the business.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their property requirements, financial capabilities, and preferences. o Present suitable property options that align with client needs, including luxury homes, apartments, commercial spaces, and investment properties.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through personalized follow[1]ups and excellent customer service.
  • Assist clients in evaluating property options and negotiate terms, including price, financing, and closing timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions, ensuring all legal, financial, and contractual obligations are met. o Secure property sales and lease agreements, managing paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about property values, market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations affecting the real estate market. o Provide clients with market data and investment advice, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Ensure smooth handover of properties after sales, coordinating with the legal, finance, and customer service departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with 2+ years of experience in the field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Lagos and surrounding areas.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.
