Real Estate Sales and Business Manager


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise, and be responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Communications and Customer service teams
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for fintech products/services.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and handle high-value negotiations
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to upper management
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training to the sales team
  • Set individual and team performance goals and track progress
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations in sales processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Managerial certificate
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in fintech or financial services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products and market trends.
  • Experience in team leadership and management.
  • Experience with luxury or commercial real estate
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 400,000
