Job Title: Real Estate Field Agent
Location: Orchid Road, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Property Showings: Conduct property showings for potential buyers and tenants.
- Property Inspections: Conduct property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.
- Market Research: Gather information on market trends, property values, and local regulations.
- Property Listings: Prepare property listings, including taking photos and writing compelling descriptions.
- Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Negotiation: Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Legal Documentation: Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions.
- Follow-up: Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
