Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on property investments, sales, leasing, and market trends.
- Facilitate property transactions from start to finish, including preparing contracts, conducting negotiations, and ensuring all legal documentation is in order.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including listings, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other professionals in the real estate industry.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, laws, and ethical standards.
- Help clients determine fair market values for properties based on market trends and property condition.
- Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and other professionals involved in the transaction process.
- Track market activity and identify opportunities for property acquisitions, investments, and sales.
- Provide training, coaching, and support for real estate agents.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Estate Managementor a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a real estate agent or in a related field.
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions, including sales, leasing, and acquisitions.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, regulations, and financing options.
- Experience using real estate technology platforms, CRMs, and listing services.
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
- Must have reliable transportation for property showings, client meetings, and other activities.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Official car for easy movement
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
- N3,000,000 - N3,600,000 annually.
- Competitive base salary and commission-based earnings.
