We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Officer. As a Quality Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of excellence and customer satisfactio.

Job Title: Quality Officer
Location: Festac, Lagos

Description
- In this role, you will be responsible for writing reports, conducting audits, inspections, and quality control checks to ensure that our operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
- You will work closely with our technicians and operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining product quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality control reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency
- Create and maintain product quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality control reports.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement quality control strategies
- Train technicians on quality control procedures and best practices
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in a Biological Science, Environmental Science or a relevant field with 0-3 years experience.
- Proven experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Must be Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
