Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible quality Control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.
- You will work on one to one basic on variety of tasks related to manager working life communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant .
- Ensure all occupant abide by the restaurant policy.
- Monitor food handling, storage and preparation.
- Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards.
- Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers
- Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dinning areas.
- Handling of reports
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in management with 3-5 years of working experience
- Knowledge of restaurant management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
