Job Description
- We are seeking a self driven individual to fill the position for property manager on our team. The ideal candidate must live in or around Orchid road preferably.
Responsibilities
- Tenant Management: Screen and manage tenant relationships.
- Property Maintenance: Oversee property maintenance and repairs.
- Financial Management: Manage property budgets and financial records.
- Marketing and Leasing: Market vacant units and conduct property showings.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of real estate laws and regulations
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
