Responsibilities:

Understandproject requirements and stakeholders' expectations and develop strategies tocomplete and execute projects within timeline and cost.
ConductingTechnical site surveys and power/energy audits for client’s prospectiveprojects.
Engagewith the design team to develop an optimized solution for project requirements.
Engagein design and technical presentations/discussions with prospective clients,investors, and OEMs.
Plan,execute, and commission the installation of solar power systems for Telecomsand C&I clients.
DevelopingBOQ for Client’s Projects.
On-sitesupervision of construction/installation progress to ensure adherence torequirements such as electrical codes and safety standards.
Co-ordinatelogistics to ensure equipment and materials are delivered to the sites on time.
Develop/reviewas-built documentation, operating manuals, and maintenance checklists forcompleted installations.
Developand implement energy management techniques for managed PaaS sites.
Reviewingand analyzing system performance of managed PaaS sites.
Providingtechnical support to field technicians for diagnosis and issue resolution.
Trainingof Field support engineers/technicians.
Non-routinevisitation of managed PaaS sites for issue resolution and performanceoptimization.

Requirements:

Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and good projectmanagement skills.
Grounded understanding in electrical power systems and solarrenewable energy systems
Familiarity with PV design and simulation tools such asHomer, PVSysts, and Helioscope.
Knowledge of electrical and control panel designs.
Familiarity with PV system equipment from different OEMs.
Negotiation skills.
