Job Title: Program Director

Job Summary
- The Program Director will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our programs and services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, leadership, and community engagement.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate programs and services that align with our organization's mission and goals.
- Manage program budgets, ensure fiscal responsibility, and make recommendations for future program development.
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure effective program delivery.
Leadership and Supervision:
- Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
Community Engagement and Partnerships:
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders to support program development and growth.
- Represent our organization in community forums, meetings, and events to promote our programs and services.
Evaluation and Quality Improvement
- Develop and implement evaluation plans to assess program effectiveness and impact.
- Analyze data and make recommendations for program improvements and expansions.
Other Responsibilities:
- Participate in organizational planning, policy development, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, public health, non-profit management).
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, leadership, and community engagement.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and community engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including communities of color, low-income communities, and other marginalized groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
