Scope of Work

Responsible for day-to-day operational activities, such as monitoring, startup and shutdown of process equipment etc.
Optimize operational equipment such as compressors, pumps, FPSO tank related work, etc.
Perform troubleshooting and first line maintenance on process equipment and cascades to the maintenance team for repairs through a workorder
Identify and resolve operating deviations
Acknowledge, respond to, and initiate corrections/actions to process alarms.
Maintain reports; update system daily reports.
Tracks and records the status of the equipment on the facility using the ORD tools.
Communicates production problems and equipment repair requirements, as appropriate.
Supports maintenance personnel with isolation & deisolation of equipment for repairs and startup.
Assists in organizing and directing preventative maintenance and housekeeping activities.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
Maintains work areas in clean, orderly, and safe manner.
Complies with all health and safety policies, procedures, practices and regulations.
Other duties as assigned by management
