Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal Lecturer in Business Administration and Management to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and assess students in Business Administration and Management courses
- Develop and review curriculum for Business Administration and Management programs
- Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals
- Supervise students' projects and research work
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior lecturers
- Participate in departmental and polytechnic-wide activities.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management
- NYSC discharge certificate
- Member of professional bodies (e.g., NIM, CIBN)
- 8-10 years of teaching experience in a polytechnic or university setting
- Strong teaching and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and management experience.
Remuneration
