Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across core subjects.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ performance and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
- Promote good behavior and values through a disciplined yet nurturing approach.
- Participate in school activities, events, and staff meetings to contribute to the school community.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching primary school students is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to child development.
- Creativity, patience, and the ability to inspire young learners.
