This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer at Digitspot Solutions Ltd in Lagos. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in presales activities, conducting integrations, ensuring security compliance, and delivering exceptional sales support.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Integration skills
- Presales and Sales experience
- Strong understanding of Security best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications like CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus
