Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort guests to their rooms upon arrival and assist with luggage.
- Show guests around their rooms and explain how to use equipment such as TV controls, shower controls, etc.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, including the restaurant, gym, and other amenities.
- Assist with parking guests' cars and arranging taxis as needed.
- Run errands for guests, including taking and picking up dry cleaning or other requests.
- Deliver messages to guests and ensure they are informed about important updates.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist guests promptly and efficiently with a friendly attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including carrying luggage and running errands.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of hotel services and amenities.
- Basic understanding of guest requests and hotel operations.
