Job Description
We are seeking a Pharmacist with a strong passion for sales to join our team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will combine your pharmaceutical knowledge with sales expertise to promote our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Provide accurate product information, including usage, benefits, and potential side effects.
Sales Execution:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify and secure new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Client Engagement:
- Schedule and conduct regular visits to healthcare providers and pharmacies.
- Organize product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions as required.
Market Research and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all sales activities align with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A licensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
