Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Pharmacist with a strong passion for sales to join our team as a Sales Manager.
  • In this role, you will combine your pharmaceutical knowledge with sales expertise to promote our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other clients.

Key Responsibilities
Product Promotion:

  • Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
  • Provide accurate product information, including usage, benefits, and potential side effects.

Sales Execution:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Client Engagement:

  • Schedule and conduct regular visits to healthcare providers and pharmacies.

Market Research and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
  • 1-2 years proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
