Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Personal Cook to prepare delicious and authentic Lebanese, Indian, and Pakistani dishes for our family.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work independently in a private residence.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of Lebanese, Indian, and Pakistani dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts
Plan and organize meals in advance, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
Shop for ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
Work efficiently and effectively to meet meal deadlines and demands
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Collaborate with the family to understand their culinary preferences and dietary needs

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a cook in a private residence, restaurant, or hospitality industry
Ability to prepare a variety of Lebanese, Indian, and Pakistani dishes
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
Excellent cooking skills, including grilling, roasting, sautéing, and frying
Ability to work independently in a private residence
Strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
