Job Title: Operations Supervisor (Female)

Locations: Shomolu and Osapa Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a company or department, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulations.
  • They supervise teams, manage resources, and implement processes to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to achieve departmental goals.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization and minimize waste.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, such as productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve operational issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management software.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean, are an added advantage.
  • Age limit: 35 years

Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment: Typically works in an office or operational setting, with frequent visits to production areas or field locations.
  • Physical Demands: May require standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, with occasionally lifting or carrying of lightweight objects.

Working schedule:

  • 8:30am - 6pm 4 days a week 2 on the island and 2 on the mainland

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 / Month
