Operations Officer


Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with property management, sales, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and analyze operational costs.
  • Manage and optimize day-to-day operations across departments.
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and workflow improvements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and implement risk management measures.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in an operations role, ideally within real estate.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with real estate software is an added advantage.
