  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to organizational goals.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor operational staff to enhance productivity and skill development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Identify and address operational challenges to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in an Operations Manager role or a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
