Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: Fashion
Workdays: Mondays - Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations in the fashion store
- Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff
- Maintain store appearance and inventory
- Collaborate with production team on product development
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fashion house.
- Production experience is required
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Residency close to Lekki Phase One preferred.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
