Job Description
THE CORE ROLES
- Replies to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
- Follows enrollment procedures to get learners started.
- Send reminders to customers for subscription upgrades.
POINTS TO NOTE
- The role is physical and location is Epe Lagos. Accommodation is also available.
- Aspiring manager should not be currently working as an owner or manager at any other learning institution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male
- Fluent spoken English with clear diction and error-free writing
- Full knowledge of basic grammar (modifiers, common errors, primary/secondary rules of concord, etc.) and British Oral English (sounds, stress, intonation, etc.)
- Have a laptop and be acquainted with using it for basic tasks.
- Availability to take up the roles for twelve months.
- Dedication, punctuality, and creativity.
- Vast interest in marketing/content creation and leadership.
PAY/PERKS
- For a start, the monthly pay is N100,000 and it increases based on input, dedication, leadership, and creativity.
- Regular training concerning virtual teaching, leadership, marketing, gravitas, marketing, and content creation.
- Free spacious accommodation
