Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate logistics operations across transportation, inventory management, and warehousing to ensure optimal efficiency.
Analyze and resolve logistics challenges, including shipment tracking and delivery discrepancies, to maintain service quality standards.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain comprehensive logistics reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, focusing on transportation, inventory control, and warehouse management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required), Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years in a logistics or similar role with a proven record of meeting performance targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Solid understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing.
Proficiency in logistics software and technology platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
