Job Title: Online Marketer / Content Creator (Female)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Create engaging online content using PTWorld products and services, collaborating with various departments for social media posts.
Regularly update PTWorld’s status with products and services.
Act as an online sales representative, handling customer inquiries and sales.
Collect and manage data such as sales and repair dates to ensure proper follow-up and send messages to customers and staff.
Serve as a Customer Success representative by following up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction, utilizing the Customer Success Calendar.
Plan, follow up, and document minutes of PTWorld meetings to track goals and action points.
Organize and execute PTWorld campaigns in partnership with the media team (e.g., PTWorld’s Day).
Edit and proofread written content to ensure quality before posting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

HND or BSc qualification with at least 1 year work experience a Content Creator.
Female candidate is preferable
Strong writing and editing skills in English and excellent time management skills.
Must reside within the Oshodi, Agege, Ikeja, Iyana Ipaja, Abule Egba, or Oregun areas.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
