Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and support office staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in office management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
