Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support office staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
