In this role, the ideal candidate is responsible for providing exceptional nail care services, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism, and ensuring a luxurious client experience.
You will collaborate with a team of beauty experts to deliver tailored services that align with the salon's brand values of quality, sophistication, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform professional manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and other specialized nail treatments.
Offer nail art, gel, acrylic, and other advanced nail services while staying updated with the latest trends.
Assess and consult clients to recommend nail care products and services suited to their preferences and needs.
Create a welcoming and relaxing environment to ensure an enjoyable client experience.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude to build rapport and foster client loyalty.
Educate clients on aftercare for nail treatments to ensure long-lasting results.
Adhere to all sanitation and sterilization protocols to meet health and safety standards.
Regularly clean and maintain tools, workstations, and the salon environment.
Comply with local health regulations and salon policies to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
Work closely with other stylists, technicians, and management to coordinate services and provide a seamless experience for clients.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and salon events to uphold service standards and foster continuous improvement.
Recommend and sell salon-approved nail care products and packages.
Stay informed about salon promotions, packages, and loyalty programs to maximize sales opportunities.

Person Specification

Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nail Technician in a luxury or high-end salon environment preferred.
Expertise in gel, acrylic, nail art, and contemporary nail techniques.
Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Creativity and ability to adapt to new nail trends and styles.
Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible/long hours, including evenings and weekends.
