We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Mixologist / Bar Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and suggest drinks
- Maintain the bar area and keep it clean and organized
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes
- Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Upsell drinks to customers when appropriate.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in Hospitality or any related field with 2-5 years work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, alcohol and liquor types, flavor profiles and garnish techniques
- Ability to work with a variety of equipment including shakers, blenders, and various other tools
- Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
