Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from various departments to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain management reporting systems and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their information needs and reporting requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing MIS systems
- Provide training and support to staff on data management and reporting tools
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing data governance practices
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions for optimizing data utilization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an MIS Analyst, IT or in a similar data-driven role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Experience with ERP,SQL and database management
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
