Overview
- We are looking for a talented and highly skilled MEAN Stack Engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in building secure and scalable web applications tailored to the financial services and crypto sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing full-stack applications and a proven track record in delivering high-quality, compliant solutions within the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver robust, scalable products that meet business objectives.
- Ensure secure coding practices are followed and that applications comply with industry regulations and financial services standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance, while delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and external services, particularly in the financial domain.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and unit testing to maintain high code quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company’s technology stack remains competitive.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in MEAN stack development.
- Proven experience working in the financial services sector, such as fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Strong experience in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver scalable solutions and optimize application performance.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team environment.
