Marketing Officer


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to market and sell admission forms for the affiliated institution.
  • Identify and target prospective students through various outreach channels, including online platforms, events, and direct engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, parents, and education consultants.
  • Monitor and report progress toward achieving student enrollment targets.
  • Represent the institution at fairs, seminars, and other promotional events to increase awareness.
  • Collaborate with the institution’s team to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure accurate and professional communication in all marketing materials and interactions.


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of educational marketing is an advantage.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
