Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to market and sell admission forms for the affiliated institution.
- Identify and target prospective students through various outreach channels, including online platforms, events, and direct engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, parents, and education consultants.
- Monitor and report progress toward achieving student enrollment targets.
- Represent the institution at fairs, seminars, and other promotional events to increase awareness.
- Collaborate with the institution’s team to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure accurate and professional communication in all marketing materials and interactions.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and build rapport with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of educational marketing is an advantage.
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
