Role Description

  • Novarick Homes and Properties Limited is seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team.
  • This role is essential for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that build brand credibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to create compelling campaigns that align with our mission of sustainability and better living experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen the Novarick brand and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Oversee the creation of innovative and effective campaigns that promote eco-friendly housing and investment solutions.

Brand Management:

  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and communications.
  • Enhance brand credibility by crafting narratives that align with Novarick’s commitment to sustainability and better living experiences.
  • Monitor brand performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve visibility and reputation.

Content Development & Communications:

  • Lead the development of compelling content for digital and offline channels, including website updates, blogs, newsletters, social media, and press releases.
  • Coordinate public relations activities, including media relations, interviews, and event sponsorships, to maximize brand exposure.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

  • Design and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and refine strategies to achieve optimal results.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, agencies, and external vendors to amplify campaign reach and impact.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring their growth and alignment with company objectives.
  • Set KPIs for the team and evaluate performance to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing and communications, preferably in the real estate or sustainability sectors.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing behavior.
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media ad managers, and email marketing software.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of improving brand visibility and revenue.
