Job Title: Manufacturing Excellence Manager

Job Summary

- We are seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, SOPs, and Kaizen projects.
- Oversee World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) implementation and audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards while improving performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related fields.
- 10+ years’ experience in Production (5+ years in FMCG with WCM exposure).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, HSE, and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
