Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description
- Responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
- Lighting up the premises on a daily basis.
- Checking the Generator status and Operating Systems
- Cover and uncover pool side Fans and Swimming Pool maintenance.
- Repairing all faults detected within the premises
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing leaky faucets.
- Timely response to guest requests for repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Vibes/music control from the control room as at when due.
- Water System Control and pumping water when necessary.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and electrical works.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storing tools and equipment properly.
- Attending to all maintenance work within and outside the premises as occasion demands.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 5 - 15 years work experience.
