However, we have been in the Solar energy business since 2010 (10 years ago), while Battery Hunters Limited as subsidiary was registered on 19th July, 2019. Job Title: Load-out Officer

Job Description
- A Load out Officer at a solar company typically handles the preparation and distribution of solar equipment and materials for delivery or installation.
- Their duties can vary depending on the specific company and job structure but generally include the following:
Primary Duties
- Organizing, tracking, and maintaining inventory of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and other solar components.
- Ensuring accurate records of inventory levels.
- Picking, packing, and staging materials for scheduled deliveries or installations.
- Verifying that all components of an order are accounted for before loading.
- Safely loading solar equipment onto trucks or delivery vehicles.
- Using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment for heavy or bulky items.
- Inspecting solar materials for damage or defects before and during loading.
- Reporting any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
- Working closely with logistics, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Communicating with drivers and installers about load specifics and schedules.
- Following company protocols for handling hazardous materials (e.g., batteries).
- Adhering to safety standards while handling equipment and using machinery.
- Generating and maintaining load-out documentation, including packing lists and delivery schedules.
- Updating inventory systems post-load-out.
Secondary Duties:
- Assisting in warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Participating in regular inventory audits.
- Supporting general logistics tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification with 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
